Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. seeks a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and body components. The role targets candidates with strong diagnostic and hands-on repair abilities and a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems.

You will document tests, manage parts, keep work areas safe, and ensure final work meets quality standards, with opportunities for on‑the‑job training and certification.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school is helpful but applicable work experience is considered.
• Minimum of 1 year service tech experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
