Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) in Gulf Breeze, FL to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach bodies. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance while documenting tests and parts usage.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of service tech experience, a relevant trade certification, and a willingness to obtain RVIA certification. Tools must be provided by the employee; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but experience is considered
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
