Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our RV service team in Florida. You will diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and coach body components, performing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance maintenance as needed.

The role requires a trade certification or relevant work experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Certification or trade school background is helpful but experience is valued.
• 1+ year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
