Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance skills, with attention to detail and self-motivation.

The company will pay to certify individuals not already certified. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work with varied environmental conditions, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade is helpful but experience counts.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
