Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team, focusing on RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs. We value advanced diagnostic and repair skills and welcome candidates with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical experience.

Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified. The role involves providing and documenting diagnostic tests, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, tracking parts,

Qualifications

• Trade field certification is helpful but practical experience also accepted.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Must furnish own hand/tools.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
