Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. The role emphasizes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance expertise, with on-site duties and safety focus.

Training and paid certification opportunities are provided where needed. The candidate should have 1+ year experience, holds trade certifications if available (RVIA helpful), and is comfortable with lifting and tool usage.

Qualifications

• Certification in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance) helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
