Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing RV service team. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs, with a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems.

You will document diagnostics, perform maintenance, track parts, and ensure work meets quality standards under supervision.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful; relevant work experience also considered.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
