Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators and coach bodies. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance while documenting tests and parts used.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; training and certification support are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Maintenance is helpful, but relevant work experience is also considered.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand and shop tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
