Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) with strong diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and body repairs. The role emphasizes attention to detail, self-motivation, and maintaining quality workmanship.

Willingness to certify on-site and experience across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance are valued. A valid driver's license is preferred and you must furnish your own hand tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area for customers and coworkers.
