Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators and coach bodies. The role emphasizes mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance with attention to safety and quality.

Employees may receive certification paid by the company; prior RV or trade experience is valued. This on-site position requires tools provided by the candidate and a readiness to work with diverse RV components.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade is helpful or related work experience accepted.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
