Job description

Pete's RV is looking for service technician apprentices to join our growing team! This position is responsible for testing all equipment and appliances on the RV unit prior to customer pick-up.

Responsibilities:

1. Performs minor repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, minor electrical, finish work, painting, HVAC, etc.
2. Prioritizes work orders, handles urgent requests, and completes all assigned preventative maintenance work and procedures.
3. Ensures all shop repair and maintenance policies, procedures, SOPs, codes, and regulations are followed, including safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be physically capable of performing duties including bending, squatting, stretching, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly; occasionally lifting 50 to 100 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in navigating tablet-based technology.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records of work performed, requested, and in progress.
• A desire to work in a performance-based environment.
• Maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) - a must!
