Compensation

$52.00/hour flat rate.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, and sealant inspections
• Install RV accessories such as hitches, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, and furniture
• Document diagnostics, causes, and repairs accurately
• Communicate with service advisors and managers about job status and needs
• Ensure quality standards before returning RVs to customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Attend paid training and stay updated on products

Qualifications

• 1+ year in mechanical, maintenance, repair, or technical roles (RV experience preferred)
• Comfort with hand/power tools and working in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Basic hand/shop tools

Preferred Certifications

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing certifications
• RVTI or RVIA certifications
• Experience with diagnostic software in RV maintenance
