Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance including oil changes, battery checks, tire/brake checks, and sealant inspections.
• Install RV accessories such as hitches, slide toppers, awnings, backup cameras, satellite systems, and furniture.
• Document diagnostics, causes, and repairs accurately in work orders.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and managers regarding job status and needs.
• Ensure quality standards are met before returning RVs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Attend all paid company training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in mechanical, maintenance, repair, or technical repair (RV experience is a plus).
• Comfortable using hand/power tools and working in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Basic hand and shop tools required.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or related trades.
• RVTI or RVIA certification.
• Experience with diagnostic software used in RV maintenance.
