Job Overview

Blue Compass RV is seeking experienced Service Technicians to diagnose and repair RV systems, excluding engine work. Ideal candidates have experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical Repair, Maintenance, or Appliance Service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance systems
• Perform scheduled RV maintenance
• Install RV accessories
• Document diagnostics and repairs accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in paid training and stay updated on product knowledge

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience; RV experience preferred
• Comfort with tools and working in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Basic tools required

Preferred Certifications

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing certifications
• RVTI or RVIA certification
• Experience with diagnostic software
