Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our RV service team. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance, documenting work and parts while maintaining safety and quality standards on-site. The ideal candidate has hands-on RV experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in RV service and repairs, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Skill in diagnosing complex issues across RV systems.
• Attention to safety and quality in repair work.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repairs or replacements for customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance as needed.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress and ensure final work meets quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
