This position is responsible for preparing and repairing coaches and documenting all work performed on a repair order.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage work assignments including flag time, cause and correction documentation, escalation to supervisors when repair time exceeds allotted time
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections to prepare RVs for customer delivery
- Knowledge of electrical and electrical diagnostics, including 120AC and 12DC, inverters, and converters
- Inspect and complete battery maintenance
- Perform engine and generator oil changes
- Perform chassis lube
- Use basic woodworking, cabinetry, and related skills
- Inspect, diagnose, and determine repairs for major RV systems and components (brakes, hydraulic systems, AC, furnaces, water heaters, refrigerators, stoves, plumbing, slides, jacks, LP/propane)
- Complete preventative maintenance on RV components
- Install RV accessories (hitches, brake controllers, satellite systems, furniture, awnings, cameras, Wi-Fi extenders, mattresses, appliances, vent covers)
- Perform tire & brake checks
- Understand and follow OEM and vendor warranty procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment
- Provide high-quality repairs
- Attend company meetings and training
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
- RVIA certification helpful but not required
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry highly desired
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Own tools preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal and written
Physical Requirements
- Availability to work more than 40 hours, including nights and weekends
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Repeated bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Exposure to heights, hazards, environmental conditions (heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, wetness)
- Work outdoors for extended periods
- Perform tasks with or without accommodations
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay Range
USD $18.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
