Job Type:

2. Mid to senior level: 3-5+ years experience in RV, Mobile Home, Home Building, Automotive, Construction, or Property Management
3. Primary Location: 240 Tom Miller Rd., Plattsburgh; some road service required
4. Possible Saturday and evening shifts

RV Service Technician Position:

The role involves general handyman repairs including cabinetry, plumbing, electrical systems (12 VDC and 110 VAC), propane, appliances, and customer demonstrations on RV operation. We seek a senior-level technician with mentoring, training, and certification opportunities for growth. Pay depends on qualifications and work ethic, fitting into our team and customer service culture.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean record
2. Ability to obtain a DOT physical and tow up to 18,000 lbs
3. Own tools as per company list
4. Exposure to outdoor weather, mechanical parts, fumes
5. Lifting up to 50-95 lbs
6. Comfortable with iPad or computer
7. Ability to work safely on ladders and scaffolding
8. Pass physical and drug/alcohol screening
9. Experience or training in related fields or equivalent education
10. Experience in transporting RVs is helpful
11. Good communication skills
12. Track parts and materials used
13. Report progress and ensure quality inspections
14. Basic math skills
15. Operate and monitor new equipment
16. Maintain a safe work environment
17. Interpret electrical diagrams and construction drawings
18. Plan repair sequences
19. Provide exceptional customer service
20. Protect units from weather
21. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
22. Preform internal non-collectable duties as needed
