Job Type:

1. Full-Time/Regular, Non-Exempt
2. Mid to senior level (more than 3-5 years’ experience) in RV, Mobile Home, Home Building, Automotive, Construction, or Property Management
3. Primary Location: 240 Tom Miller Rd., Plattsburgh; some road service required
4. Saturdays and evenings may be required

RV Service Technician Position:

Responsibilities include general handyman repairs on RVs, such as cabinetry, plumbing, electrical systems (12 VDC and 110 VAC), propane, appliances, and customer demonstrations. This is a senior-level position with mentoring, training, and certification opportunities. Pay is based on qualifications and experience, and fitting into our team and customer service culture is essential.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Preferred Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to obtain a DOT physical and be cleared to tow up to 18,000 lbs
• Own tools as per company list
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Lift up to 50-95 lbs
• Comfortable using an iPad or computer
• Work safely on ladders and scaffolding
• Pass physical and drug/alcohol screening
• Experience and/or training in RV repair or related fields
• Good communication skills
• Track parts and materials used
• Keep supervisor informed and ensure quality work
• Basic math skills
• Operate and monitor new equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Interpret electrical diagrams and construction drawings
• Plan repair sequences
• Provide excellent customer service
• Secure units from weather
