ServiceWorld RV is a small family-owned business in Surprise, AZ. We provide RV service within the Phoenix Metropolitan area. At ServiceWorld RV, we offer you the job opportunity to work hands-on with RVs, performing routine maintenance, repairing and restoring RVs!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including but not limited to automotive electrical systems, shocks and struts, diesel engine repair, suspension, and electrical work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with RVs.
• Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns.
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used.

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona driver's license.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying climates
• Must have own tools (ex., general and power tools)
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs (minimum)
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Proven experience as an RV Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems and components.
• Proficiency in chassis repair, automotive electrical systems, shocks and struts, diesel engine repair, suspension, and electrical work.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues with RVs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
