Blue Compass RV is seeking skilled RV Repair Technicians to join our rapidly growing team. If you have experience in automotive, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, maintenance, mechanical, or plumbing, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

As an RV Service Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance on RVs, focusing on diagnostics and repairs of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry issues. Previous RV experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
• Document diagnostics and repairs thoroughly.
• Estimate labor times and communicate effectively with service advisors.
• Perform repairs adhering to factory and dealership standards.
• Test and verify repairs, track parts used, and update work status.

Qualifications

• Experience or certification in automotive, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or related fields.
• Preferred: RVTI certification and 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
