After moving to West Greeley in the summer of 2020, we now call our brand new, 15-acre RV Supercenter home! This new location offers the opportunity to work in a custom-built, premier facility located only 6 short miles from I-25.

This is a flat rate position. We offer a $1,500 signing bonus and will move your tools for you! $35 and up flat rate depending on experience.

This individual assesses, successfully diagnoses, and repairs the nature and extent of any RV service unit damage.

Key Responsibilities: This role reports to the Service Manager.

  • Perform repairs as outlined in work orders and provide recommendations if work order should be adjusted according to the extent of diagnosis.
  • Perform job duties with flexibility in the event circumstances shift, such as rush jobs or technology developments.
  • Uphold federal, state, local, and TGORV regulations regarding the disposal of hazardous waste.
  • Participate in the team process to develop and improve repair processes and procedures.
  • Continually strive to find better ways to complete tasks and be the best in class in the RV industry.
  • Accurately document complete diagnostic testing and repair or replacement services.
  • Ensure final product meets the quality standards, according to TGORV guidelines and is inspected by the appropriate individual.
  • Maintain bay in a clean and orderly fashion, and hold yourself accountable for all dealership-owned tools and safety equipment.
  • Adhere to all quality and safety procedures, equipment, and requirements in accordance with TGORV guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • RV Service technician experience required.
  • Must have a reliable and strong work ethic.
  • Must provide own tools, be detail-oriented, multitask, and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Must be willing to frequently sit, stand, balance, bend, or lift for prolonged periods of time.
  • Requires manual dexterity, fine manipulation skills, and the ability to reach with hands and arms, lifting up to 80 lbs.
