Job summary

California RV Specialists LLC is seeking a Service & Parts Advisor Apprentice in Lodi, CA. You will learn customer and shop support operations, coordinating between technicians, vendors, and customers while gaining hands-on experience in estimating, parts sourcing, and workflow management.

You’ll train under experienced advisors, with in-house and vendor-sponsored training, to build a long-term career in the RV industry. This entry-level role offers growth and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Desire for long‑term growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assisting with service needs.
• Creating and updating work orders in our management system.
• Coordinating between technicians, vendors, and customers.
• Writing estimates and communicating approvals for repairs.
• Researching, ordering, and tracking parts and accessories.
• Managing warranty and insurance claim documentation.
• Checking in and returning parts orders accurately.
• Maintaining organized service and parts records.
• Supporting technicians with parts distribution and logistics.
