Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Riverside, CA team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, keeping customers informed on work progress.

The role emphasizes direct interaction with customers to determine needs, suggest add-ons, and prepare price estimates for installations, while adhering to department procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
