Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day shop operations and drive efficiency while upholding high quality standards.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a proven track record in a similar manufacturing/auto environment. You will manage technicians, porters, and admins, maintain safety, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shop operations in manufacturing, preferably RV/auto.
• Strong track record of improving efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and align with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all shop staff including service technicians, lot porters, and admins.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and capabilities of contributors.
• Lead weekly service meetings to ensure goals are met.
• Assign repair orders based on technician skill set.
• Drive efficiency and productivity for individuals and teams.
• Oversee customer experience and service quality.
• Manage and monitor P&L, and identify revenue/labor opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional dealership teams.
• Assist employees with tools and resources to succeed.
• Support service manager to align daily goals.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and protocols.
