Responsibilities include managing inventory, pricing strategy, and customer experience while building strong vendor relationships to hit monthly and yearly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume RV/auto/marine/power sports sales environment.
• Inventory management, shrinkage control, pricing understanding.
• Adaptability in changing environments.
• Ownership mindset aligned with organizational vision and growth.
• Leading action planning and achieving goals.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• College degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic plan for driving sales through events, community activities, and local marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet sales goals and seasonal trends.
• Continuously monitor and update pricing to stay competitive.
• Leverage customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Foster a sales environment with a proven process to maximize success.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
