Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide service from receipt to vehicle release.
• Assist customers in servicing and explaining needed services.
• Translate customer problems into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Explain services performed and keep customers informed throughout the service.
• Stay up to date on new products and attend product training as required.
• Maintain a follow-up system for repeat and referral business.
• Ensure work meets company quality standards.
• Craft goals including budgets and marketing plans.
• Maintain a high CSI by handling complaints promptly.
• Customer transportation.
• Any other duties as assigned.
