Kunes Auto Group in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to greet customers, coordinate service, and translate vehicle issues into actionable work orders for technicians. You will explain repairs, keep customers updated, stay current on products and training, and help grow repeat and referral business while upholding high CSI and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from receipt to release of their vehicles
• Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed
• Understand customer: Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
• Explain service being performed and keep the customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
• Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required
• Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
• Craft goals and objectives for yourself, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
• Customer transportation
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications
