Job summary

Camping World is seeking a frontline associate to determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers and to suggest add-on sales to increase the value of each transaction. You will provide price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments and keep customers informed on work progress throughout the service cycle.

The role emphasizes strong customer interaction, upselling capabilities, and reliable communication while supporting daily computer work and internet

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
