Job summary

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, suggesting add-on services, providing price estimates before scheduling, and maintaining clear communication throughout the repair cycle. A positive attitude and strong organization are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV products or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Proficient computer and internet search skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
