Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Key duties include identifying RV-related product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to raise average transactions, and delivering price estimates before scheduling installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
