Blue Compass RV in Vermont is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experience while guiding service needs with a sales-driven approach. You will be the primary liaison between customers and technicians, provide accurate estimates, and drive opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications

• Strong sales mentality with the ability to recommend and close additional services.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to navigate customer concerns and service recovery situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
