Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team in Texas. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide essential administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to increase transactions, and providing price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle helpful.
• Strong computer and internet search skills are required.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
