Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

The role requires at least 1 year of service experience (RV/ camping lifestyle a plus) and strong organizational skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred; this is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests and provide admin support to the Service Department.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations before scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers informed of work progress and status.
