Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor in Minnesota to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide essential administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of progress.

Responsibilities include identifying product needs, suggesting add-ons to boost sales, and providing pre-scheduled installation estimates. Prior customer service experience and strong organization are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work on computer and search the internet.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
