Job summary

Camping World in Buford, GA is hiring a customer-focused role to determine RV product needs, suggest add-on sales, and provide price estimates for installations. You will work directly with customers to ensure accurate recommendations and smooth scheduling.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of service experience, RV knowledge, strong organizational and follow-up skills, and the ability to follow department procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle desirable.
• Computer use and internet searching ability required.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills needed.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending may be required.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
