Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process from initial contact to final delivery. You’ll guide customers through exciting RV purchases while maximizing earnings through a commission-based structure and training support.

In this role you will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, with the goal of driving sales, delivering exceptional experiences, and building long-term loyalty.
