Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to own the full sales process from first contact to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases and maximize earning potential through a performance-based, commission-driven structure.

In this role you will respond to inbound leads, conduct phone outreach and social media engagement, manage your CRM pipeline, and help customers select and purchase the right RV while delivering an exceptional
