Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to own the full sales process from first contact to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of their most exciting purchases while earning through a performance-driven commission structure.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 with paid training and benefits. You will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, building rapport and driving long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage customers via phone, online, and social channels.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and follow-ups.
