Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions, with successful team members earning $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually based on performance.

Year-end sales volume bonus is available for those who qualify. You’ll demonstrate RVs, promote a top-notch customer experience, and collaborate with F&I and Sales Management to close sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up with a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
