Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money!

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. The estimated total annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000, with year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience, RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver license is required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
