Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate in Santa Clarita, CA to grow the business by selling RVs and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings with the potential to reach $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, plus a range of benefits and on-the-job training.

Candidates should have 2+ years in sales, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain any required sales licenses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields)
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and presentations
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach
