Camping World in the United States is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll promote top-quality customer experiences, selling new and used RVs while having fun and earning money.

This role offers a base hourly pay plus commissions, with a transition option after 30 days to a 100% commission-based plan. Your drive and sales skills determine earnings, with total compensation typically ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, marine, or powersports.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
