Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role focuses on delivering a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs and leveraging demonstrations.

You start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you can choose to stay on that plan or switch to 100% commission. Total annual compensation typically ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 with extras.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
