Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive revenue by selling new and used RVs. You’ll demonstrate vehicles, present features, and guide customers through the purchase process with the F&I and sales management teams.

A stable base hourly rate plus commissions supports earnings potential, with options for 100% commission after training. Top performers can earn between $50,000 and $150,000+ annually, including a year-end bonus for qualifying team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related industries.
• Bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Promote high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Lead effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure approach and high integrity
