Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll promote a high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs and coordinating with the F&I and Sales Management teams.

Expect a base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with potential for 100% commission after 30 days. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a valid driver’s license, are bondable, and comfortable with basic computer tasks to review inventory and enter customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, ideally RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate.
• Bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience while selling RVs.
• Demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure approach.
