Camping World in the United States seeks an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive revenue. You will promote, demonstrate, and close sales on new and used RVs, while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with earning potential emphasized after an initial 30 days as you transition to different pay plans and cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ sales experience; RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields preferred.
• Bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter data.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Lifts up to 25 lbs and can move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, bending, crawling and stooping.

Responsabilités

• Promote a high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate RV features with rides and walk-throughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
