Camping World in Strafford, MO, is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote a top-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs, conducting demonstrations, and presenting thorough tours.

You’ll close sales with the F&I and Sales Management team, then follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach. The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with potential to move to a 100% commission plan after 30

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license.
