Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow our business. The ideal candidate will sell new and used RVs, demonstrate features and close deals with support from the F&I and Sales Management teams.

With a base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions and potential for 100% commission, this role offers strong earning potential. A high school diploma and 2+ years in sales are required, with passion for customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by coordinating with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
