Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive revenue. You will promote a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs and coordinating with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.

The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions with options after 30 days, and pays total annual compensation ranging from roughly $50,000 to $150,000 or more plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, across RV, automotive, marine, powersports or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to demonstrate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
