Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote high-quality customer experiences while selling new and used RVs, conducting demo rides, and presenting Walk-throughs.

You’ll close sales with the F&I and Sales teams and maintain a high-integrity, no-pressure approach with every customer. The position offers a guaranteed base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions, a monthly pay cycle, and the option to switch to a 100% commission plan after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
